"I had such a great experience at Swiss Chalet in Windsor! The food was fresh, hot, and exactly what I was craving. Everything tasted amazing and came out perfectly. But what really made my visit special was my server, Anna. She was honestly a 10/10. So sweet, attentive, and genuinely caring. She checked in at the perfect times, made sure everything was perfect, and had the warmest energy the whole time. You can tell she truly loves what she does, and it shows. Amazing food + amazing service = the perfect night. If you go, definitely ask for Anna, she’ll take such good care of you! I’ll 100% be coming back! Thank you!"

"What a great spot. A Canadian classic. Super busy when we got there but the hostess and staff couldn’t have been nicer. Family run spot and they showed us old school service where they actually are happy you’re there! Hard to find a chain that has a family run feel, but this was it. Will go back again. "We came all the way from Michigan and it was totally worth it! The food was super fresh and full of flavor. The rotisserie chicken and ribs were so tender and delicious. We also had the Caesar salad with extra Parmesan and it was sooo good. Everything tasted fresh and well made. Anna was our server and she was honestly amazing super friendly, welcoming, and helpful with recommendations. She made our whole experience even better. Definitely recommend this place! "The food and service was amazing the owner Rita sat and talked to me, was extremely nice and helpful. Seeing a owner go out of her way to help the staff and talk to the customers shows how much she really cares about the restaurant. I really appreciate the kindness from the owner and her staff. I drove past other swiss chalets to come to this one because of how much good things I hear about it. I have to say that I was not disappointed and I will be back."
